We currently offer 2 stated income programs. Our most popular is the stated income stated asset loan.
This program does not require income or asset verification. We do need to verbally verify employment and the income stated must be reasonable for your profession. As this program is for people with excellent credit the minimum FICO score is 720. We can do purchases and refinances to 75% of appraised value with a maximum loan of $417,000

The other program will go stated income with 10% down to $1,000,000. It requires a minimum FICO of 680 and verified assets equal to at least 6 months worth of the income that has been stated. This programs offers 3,5,7,10 year interest only options and also has a 40 amortization that is fixed for the first 15 years.
